ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ: ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਨੇ ਲੋਕ ਭਲਾਈ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਦ੍ਰਿੜਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਅਹਿਮ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਐਕਟ (ਐਨ.ਐਫ.ਐਸ.ਏ.) ਅਧੀਨ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ 40 ਲੱਖ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਣਕ, ਦਾਲ, ਖੰਡ, ਤੇਲ ਅਤੇ ਲੂਣ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ’ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ’ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਹੈ।
ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮੰਡਲ ਨੇ ਸਾਲ 2026-27 ਲਈ ਆਬਕਾਰੀ ਮਾਲੀਏ ਵਿੱਚ 12,800 ਕਰੋੜ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਵੀ ਮਿੱਥਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਤਹਿਤ ਅਗਲੇ ਪੰਜ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਤਕ ਭਲਾਈ ਸਕੀਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਮਾਲੀਏ ਦੀ ਉਗਰਾਹੀ ਦੁੱਗਣੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਅਨੁਮਾਨ ਹੈ।
ਖੁਰਾਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਨੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ’ਤੇ ਕਾਸ਼ਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਿਤ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਕੋ ਵਾਰ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਤਕ ਅਦਾਰਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਯਕਮੁਸ਼ਤ ਨਿਪਟਾਰਾ ਸਕੀਮ ਨੂੰ 30 ਜੂਨ, 2026 ਤੱਕ ਵਧਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਅਪਰਾਧੀਆਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ੀ ਇਨਾਮ ਨੀਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਨਜ਼ੂਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ 16ਵੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦਾ ਬਜਟ ਇਜਲਾਸ 6 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੋਂ 16 ਮਾਰਚ ਤੱਕ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦਾ ਬਜਟ 8 ਮਾਰਚ ਨੂੰ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਸਿਹਤ ਖੇਤਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਲਾਰਾ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ 361 ਸਟਾਫ ਨਰਸਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਬਹਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਕੋਵਿਡ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੋਟ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਧੂ ਅੰਕ ਮਿਲਣਗੇ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਭਲਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ, ਵਿੱਤੀ ਇਕਜੁੱਟਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਵੱਲ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੇ ਕਦਮ ਦਾ ਸੰਕੇਤ ਹੈ।
ਅੱਜ ਇੱਥੇ ਇਹ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਲੋਕ ਪੱਖੀ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਤਹਿਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਐਕਟ-2013 (ਐਨ.ਐਫ.ਐਸ.ਏ.) ਅਧੀਨ ਰਜਿਸਟਰਡ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਣਕ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਖੰਡ, ਦਾਲ, ਸਰ੍ਹੋਂ ਦਾ ਤੇਲ ਅਤੇ ਲੂਣ ਵੰਡੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਖਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਛੜੇ ਵਰਗਾਂ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 40 ਲੱਖ ਐਨ.ਐਫ.ਐਸ.ਏ. ਕਾਰਡ ਧਾਰਕ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ, ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੌਸ਼ਟਿਕ ਭੋਜਨ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰ ਸਕਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਕਦਮ ਨਾਲ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਜਨਤਕ ਵੰਡ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਗੁਣਵੱਤਾ ਵਾਲੀ ਭੋਜਨ ਸਮੱਗਰੀ ਦੀ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਨਾਲ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਲਾਭ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
